  • This unit has an onboard generator. 3hrs of run time per day included in rental. 

  • $300 refundable deposit required at booking for damages. Will be refunded upon inspection of unit when returned. 

  •  NO smoking allowed. 

  • Pets allowed with prior approval. Any damages or excessive cleaning due to pets will be deducted from your deposit. 

  • Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to reservation forfeits security deposit. 

  • Fifth Wheel with 3 slides

  • Main bedroom with queen bed, slide and loads of storage up top

  • Back bunkhouse can sleep 4 with queen bunks and a half bath

  • Bathroom with large stand up shower

  • Living area with 2 slides, couch with recliner

  • Kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, propane stove/oven
